You can find us at 228, 27th Main in BTM Layout 1st Stage. Being on the 4th Cross means we are right in the middle of everything. BTM is always buzzing, and our office reflects that energy, though we try to keep things calm inside. We’ve been here at Ibm India Pvt Ltd for a good bit now. The space is filled with desks and a lot of wires, as you’d expect. We don’t go for those trendy office designs; it’s just a place to work. Usually, the day starts early because the traffic around here can be a nightmare if you’re late. We do our best to stay on top of the projects. Sometimes it’s stressful, but we manage. There’s a lot of back and forth between the teams, and we mostly use the local shops for our tea breaks. It’s a very local feel for such a big company name. We don't have a gym or a fancy lounge. We have chairs that work and a roof that doesn't leak. That's enough for us. The 27th Main road is always loud, but once you step inside, it’s just the sound of typing and some quiet chat. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job and get through the week. There is no point in pretending we are anything other than a bunch of hard workers in a busy neighborhood.
