Our office is at No 1279 on the 2nd Floor of 1st A Cross in JP Nagar 2nd Phase. We are right opposite to Mobility India, which is usually how we tell people to find us when they get lost. Ibm India Pvt Ltd has a pretty basic setup here. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads around Bangalore. The building isn't anything modern, just a typical 2nd floor office space. We have a few rooms where we sit and work on our computers. There is a small area for making coffee, but the machine is a bit temperamental sometimes. JP Nagar is a nice area with a lot of trees, which makes the walk from the bus stop pleasant even when it is hot. We do not have a big HR team or anything like that on-site. It is just the people doing the actual work. We share the building with a few other small businesses. Sometimes we run into them on the stairs or in the hallway. It is a friendly enough atmosphere. We do not spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take care of the tasks that come in. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we all know how things work. It is a practical place to be. No shiny lobby or security guards checking your bags every five minutes. Just a regular office for regular work.
