Our spot is F4 in the Neeladri Apartments. It’s tucked away on 6th A Main in Srikanteshwar Nagar, right on the Ashokpura Main Road in Bangalore. Being on the main road makes it convenient, but it also means there’s a lot of honking during rush hour. The apartment isn't huge, but we make it work for the few of us who are here every day. It feels a lot more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got a small balcony where we stand when we need a break from looking at screens. The 560096 area is pretty busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We don’t have any big corporate banners hanging up. Most of our furniture is just stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It’s a bit cluttered, with stacks of paper here and there, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we talk about the local cricket scores while we work. It’s not the kind of place with a front desk or a receptionist. If the door is open, you just walk in and say hello. It’s simple and straightforward. We don't really put much thought into the "image" of the place. It's just where we spend our hours. Most days are pretty productive, even if things look a little messy on the surface.
