Ibm Daksh

Our Bangalore branch of Ibm Daksh is situated on 68th Cross in Kumarswamy Layout, 1st Stage. This area is quite hilly and has a lot of character, especially with all the students and local shops around. The pincode is 560078. The office itself is in a pretty plain building. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number, as we don’t have any massive neon signs or anything like that. We’ve been here for a while, and the team is used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. The morning traffic around the layout can be a bit tricky, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We have rows of desks and all the usual equipment you need for this kind of work. It’s not a fancy ‘Silicon Valley’ style office with beanbags or game rooms. We just have chairs, tables, and good enough internet to keep things moving. Most of us just focus on our own queues and talk when we need to solve a problem. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations about our goals. We just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day and we do it. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most evenings, we just wrap up and head out before the traffic gets too heavy again. It’s a simple routine that gets us through.
