Ibm Daksh Business Process P Ltd is based out here in Bangalore. We are situated at No 294 on 21st A Cross. It’s in Pragathi Layout, which is part of the Doddanakundi area near Marthahalli. If you’ve ever tried to drive through Marthahalli, you know it takes a bit of time. Our office is a bit more tucked away in the layout, so it’s not right on the main noisy road, which is nice. We handle various business processes for clients. It’s mostly office work, typing, and managing files. The building is a simple one, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the tech parks. We like it that way because it feels more like a local workplace. Most of the staff live nearby or commute from other parts of Bangalore. We have our routines, like getting tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep the computers running. It’s a steady environment. We don't really do much marketing or anything; we just focus on the tasks assigned to us each day. Pragathi Layout is a decent area, mostly residential around us, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We’ve been at this 21st A Cross address for a while. It’s just a regular group of people working together to get the job done. We just show up and do our bit.
