We’ve been over here at Jayanagar Kondhwa Khurd 45 for a while now. Most people know the spot. We do fintech stuff as I B S Fintech India Pvt Ltd. It's not a huge office, but we get the work done. The area is okay, though traffic gets a bit heavy around the turn sometimes. We started this because there was a need for it. Some of us have been here since the beginning. It's mostly just sitting at desks and looking at data or coding. It’s quiet enough for us to focus. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that. Just regular people doing their jobs every day. Sometimes we grab tea nearby. The neighbors are nice too. We don't really do big meetings with lots of slides. It’s more about fixing problems as they come up. We just like to keep our heads down and handle the finance tech side of things without making a big fuss. It feels like a normal workplace. If you’re looking for us, we’re right at number 45. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Most of our day is spent making sure the software is running like it should. It’s a lot of quiet concentration and occasional chats about lunch or what we’re doing on the weekend. We just take it one day at a time.
