It isn't anything you’d call high-tech in appearance, but it works for what we need. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a small area for water and coffee. We aren't trying to be the most impressive office on the block. We just want to get through our work without any unnecessary drama. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which is nice, but it also means we spend some time sweeping up leaves near the entrance. It’s a very typical Bangalore workspace. We have a mix of staff from all over the state, and we just get on with it. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a few personal photos on people’s desks. It’s a real place with real people working.
