You can find Hsbc Bank in BTM 2nd Stage, specifically at 10 N S Palaya. We are tucked right behind the Cafe Cofee Day, which is actually a pretty good landmark because everyone knows where that is. The traffic in BTM is honestly a nightmare most days, so we hear a lot of horns honking from the street while we work at our desks. The office itself is pretty standard and nothing to brag about. We’ve got our desks set up and the usual stacks of paper that seem to never go away no matter how much we file. It’s a busy area with a lot of students and young professionals living around here, so we get a lot of people dropping in to ask quick questions or get things signed. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that, just a small space where people can wait for a few minutes. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a real relief in the summer months. We’ve got a small pantry in the back where we make our tea and talk about the weekend. It’s a very local feel, not like those huge corporate offices you see in the tech parks. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who run the food stalls on the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we manage to get through the work somehow. It’s just us here, doing the banking stuff and checking through the documents every single day.
