Hrudhaya Shakthi

Hrudhaya Shakthi is based over in Hsr Layout, specifically in the Karve Nagar area. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our windows. We chose this spot because it’s easy for most of us to get to by bus or scooter. The office itself is not very large. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of shelves for our files. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind much. We have been working together for a long time and we are more like friends than coworkers. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go twice a day. The owner knows our names and how we like our tea. We don't have any of those polished marketing brochures or a fancy lobby with chairs. If someone comes to see us, they usually just sit on one of the spare stools we have lying around. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Some weeks are much busier than others, and we just have to buckle down and get through it. We don't use corporate language because it feels fake to us. We are just regular people in a regular office. We like the local vibe of Karve Nagar. It feels like home even when we are working. We just do our bit and keep moving forward.
