Our office is tucked away at No 18 on the 2nd Main, 2nd Cross in Munilagowda Garden. Being here in Neelasandra, Bangalore, it gets quite lively outside sometimes with the street noise and everything. Hresourceweb Pvt Ltd started because we saw a lot of folks needing help with web-based HR stuff. It’s a small space, and we've got computers everywhere. We usually start the day with some tea and then dive into whatever requests came in overnight. Bangalore is a busy city, and Neelasandra has its own local feel that we really like. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay for the people who use our services. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic outside is just too loud, but we manage to get through it. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're more than we are. We just work on the platform and help out when someone gets stuck with their login or something. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes most of the week. The 560047 area is a good spot for us. People sometimes drop by the office if they're in the neighborhood, though we're usually busy typing away at something on our screens. We’ve been at this Munilagowda Garden location for a while now and know the local shops pretty well. It's a decent place to spend the day even when things get a bit chaotic.
