We are located in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, which is a pretty active part of Bangalore. Our office is on the 18th Main Road, specifically at 3rd D Cross inside the Omr Prithpal Singh building. It is not a very large setup, just a few of us working at our desks. Most of our time goes into looking at applications and calling people back. We handle recruitment for different types of local businesses. Since we are right here in the layout, we see a lot of people coming in to drop off their resumes in person. It is a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but it keeps us connected to the city. I started this because I know how difficult it can be for folks to find a decent job these days. We don't have any high-tech systems. I just read what people write about their experience and try to see if they would fit with the employers who contact us. We try to keep things as honest as possible. If a job isn't a good match, I say so. People seem to appreciate that straightforward approach. We are just regular people helping other regular people find work. It is a basic operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't use any of those fancy slogans you see on billboards. We just do the work and hope it helps someone out. That is how we do things here. It is just a small office run by people who know the area well and want to help.
