Our office is tucked away near the SDS TB CD Hospital, specifically in the Superintendent Quarters. Being so close to NIMHANS in Bangalore 560029 means there is always a lot of activity around here. Hr Practices Pvt Ltd is basically just a handful of us working out of this space. It's an interesting spot for an HR firm, right in the middle of all these medical institutions. The trees around here are nice and provide some shade during the hot afternoons. We spend our time looking at hiring and trying to get people placed where they fit. The quarters are old but they have a bit of character that you don't find in those new office parks in Electronic City or Whitefield. Most of the time, our desks are covered in notebooks and printouts. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We get people coming in from all over Bangalore. It is not a very formal environment here. We talk, we work, and we try to keep things grounded. Sometimes the hospital noise drifts in, but you get used to it. We just focus on the task at hand. It is a practical place for a practical job. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just look at what needs to get done and do it. That is how we spend our days here in this corner of the city.
