Hr Executive

If you are looking for us, we are in Vasanth Nagar, on the 7th Cross. This is a pretty central part of Bangalore, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our windows. Hr Executive is located in a building called Or Manzil, on the first main road. Our office is on the first floor. It’s a small space, but we’ve made it work for our needs. We have a lot of files and a couple of computers that are always running. Bangalore is known for its tech, but we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with notebooks and pens. The mornings are usually spent checking emails and seeing who replied to our messages from the day before. We get a lot of young people coming in because there are so many colleges and offices around here. It’s a bit of a rush during the middle of the day. We usually get our coffee from a small place around the corner. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the CVs printed out, but we know where everything is. We try to stay on top of the hiring needs for the various companies that reach out to us. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people show up for their meetings. We stay pretty busy here.
