We are located up on the 3rd Floor of the building at 2nd Cross in the BG Rathnamma area of Bangalore. It’s a pretty standard office space, nothing too flashy or over the top. Most of our day is spent sitting at our desks, looking through piles of resumes and answering phone calls from people looking for work. The 560038 zip code is where we’ve been for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the local neighborhood quite well. The stairs can be a bit of a climb in the heat, but we don’t mind it much. We started this consultancy because we saw so many people struggling to figure out how to get their foot in the door at different companies. It’s basically just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to understand what they are actually looking for in a job. The office gets a little cramped when we have a few people in for interviews at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a big lounge area, just some basic chairs and a lot of folders. Bangalore traffic usually makes everyone a bit late, so we are pretty flexible with our timing. It’s just a normal job for us, helping other people find their own normal jobs. We keep the paperwork moving and try to stay on top of all the emails.
