Hr Co

We are over at 177 1 in Sri Krishna Colony, right here in Bangalore. The area is usually busy with people moving around, but our street stays a bit calmer most of the time. Being in Karnataka, we see people from all over coming here looking for a fresh start in their careers. Hr Co is just a small operation. We have some basic office chairs and a few laptops that have seen better days. Every morning starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before the Bangalore heat really starts. We spend hours scrolling through job boards and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we have people come in for a quick chat about their background. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just look at what a company needs and see if we have someone on our list who fits. The filing cabinets are a bit jammed, so we try to keep most things on the cloud now. There is a nice tree right outside our front door that gives some shade to the bikes parked there. We don't have a big HR philosophy or anything. We just help find workers for the businesses that ask us. It's practical work. At the end of the day, we lock up and head out into the Bangalore traffic like everyone else. It is a simple life here in the colony. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
