We are over here at Garabhavipalay on the 7th Main. It's a busy spot right off Hosur Main Road in Bangalore. Most days we spend our time dealing with all the stuff that comes with running a business and keeping the staff happy. It’s mostly just paperwork and making sure everyone gets paid on time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some computers where we handle the hiring files. Sometimes people come in asking about jobs or how to fill out their tax forms. We help with that. It's just a few of us here. The traffic around the 3rd Cross can get pretty bad in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be. We handle the attendance records and see who’s coming in and out of the building. It’s a lot of sorting through folders and updating the computer systems. There's always something to do, like checking if the new guys have their ID cards ready or if the insurance papers are signed. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that, we just get the work done as it comes in. If a manager needs to know how many leave days someone has left, they just ask us and we look it up in the big ledger or the spreadsheet. It's steady work and we like being in this part of Bangalore. We keep the files organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's just us doing our bit.
