Our Hp shop is located at No 58 5 in the Syndicate Back Colony. This is part of Bsk Iiird Stage, or Bsk as most people here call it. We are on the 2nd Cross, specifically off the 7th Main. Bangalore 560085 is a pretty quiet residential area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. The shop is part of a building that’s been around for a while. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but it’s a nice walk through the colony. We get a lot of students from the nearby colleges coming in with their laptops. Our setup isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some shelves for spare parts, and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge with magazines. If you come in, you’ll probably see us hunched over a desk with a screwdriver. We talk to our customers directly, no middleman. It makes things easier and more honest. Sometimes we stay late when a particularly tricky repair comes in. The neighborhood is peaceful in the evenings, which is nice when we are finishing up. We aren't a big corporation, just a local Hp spot for the BSK community. We just do what we do and try to stay helpful to the people who trust us with their machines.
