Horticulture Training Centre

Our Horticulture Training Centre is over in Lalbagh West. We are located on 12th Main Road in the 2nd Block, specifically on the RTO Office Road. It’s a convenient spot because most people know where the RTO is, so we are easy to find. The center is a place where people come to get their hands dirty and learn the basics of gardening and plant care. We have some outdoor space and a few indoor rooms for the more theoretical parts of the training. It’s not like a regular school; it’s much more about doing the work yourself. We show folks how to prune, how to plant seeds, and how to tell when the soil needs more nutrients. The 2nd Block is a bit more relaxed than some of the other areas nearby, which is good for learning. We have been here for a bit, and the building is starting to show its age, but everything works the way it should. On the days we have classes, it gets pretty crowded with students from all over. We try to keep things simple so that everyone can follow along without getting confused. The road outside can get busy with people going to the government offices, but we just focus on the plants and the people who want to learn about them. It’s a good way to pass the time and share what we know.
