We’re over in Madivala at the Bnc Colony, specifically at 13 7. Hindustan Waterproofing Co has been operating from this spot for a while now. Dealing with water issues is what we do every day. It’s messy work sometimes, but it’s what keeps us busy. The colony is a decent place to be based. We usually have our tools and materials stacked up ready to go for the next job. It’s not a fancy office by any means. It’s more of a workshop and a home base where we plan out the projects. People in the area know where to find us when their roofs start leaking or the walls get damp. We don't spend much time sitting around; usually, we are out at someone's house or a building site. When we are here at the address, we’re mostly just catching up on calls or checking the inventory. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know how to handle the seals and the coatings. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually travels by mouth around here. We just show up, do the task, and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. Being in Madivala keeps us central so we can get around the city pretty easily when we need to. It's been our home for years and we know the streets well. We just keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the weather.
