Hindustan Areonautics Ltd

We are located on the CV Raman Nagar Main Road. It is a busy stretch of road and we have been here as Hindustan Areonautics Ltd for quite a while now. Bangalore has changed a lot around us, but our building remains pretty much the same. This is a functional place with a lot of history in its walls. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. Our focus stays on the work inside. The office is full of people who have worked together for years. We know each other's families and often share stories over lunch. This is not a corporate environment where everything is polished and perfect. We have stacks of manuals and old folders everywhere. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, but we manage to get everything done regardless. No core values are written on the walls here. We just focus on showing up and doing a decent day's work. The main road outside is always loud with horns and engines, but we have grown to find it almost comforting. You get used to the sound of the city. We are a practical bunch of people who don't feel the need to use fancy language to describe ourselves. Just being here on the main road and doing our jobs is enough for us.
