Hindustan Aeronautical Limited is situated at 79 Kaushika, on 13th Street in Vinayakanagar. This is over in Devasandra, which is part of the K R Puram area in Bangalore. Living and working in Bangalore means dealing with the 560036 zip code traffic, but we are lucky to be on a bit of a side street. The office is a simple building that serves its purpose well. We have been here for a good stretch of time and the neighborhood knows us. It is not a high-rise glass building; it is a more traditional setup where you can actually open the windows and hear what is going on outside. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and making sure all the parts of our business are moving in the right direction. We don't use a lot of big words to talk about our goals because we think it is better to just show up and work hard. The staff here are all locals and we have a very relaxed atmosphere in the office. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time making sure the details are sorted. It is a quiet kind of work but it is important to us. We like the fact that we are tucked away in a residential area because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
