Hi Tech Blasters Metallizers

If you know Peenya Industrial Area, you know it’s a lot of noise and work. We are tucked away in the 4th Phase, 3rd Stage on 1st Cross. Working with blasters and metallizing equipment isn't exactly clean work. We spend our days covered in dust and metal grit. It’s what happens when you’re cleaning surfaces or putting down a layer of metal on parts. The shop at 480 D is where everything happens. It’s a practical space, mostly just tools and the big machines we use. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People bring their metal parts here because they need them treated right. We’ve been here for a bit and we know the rhythms of the industrial area. It’s tough work, but somebody has to do it. We just get on with the job. You’ll find us there most mornings early, getting the compressors started. The metallizing side of things takes a bit more care, making sure the finish is even. We don't use big words to describe it. It’s just sandblasting and coating. Simple as that. We’ve seen all sorts of items come through these doors, from small pipes to bigger frames. We just keep our heads down and finish the list of jobs for the day. It’s hot in the shop sometimes, but the work is steady and we have a good group of guys here. We don't do much advertising; the work speaks for itself usually.
