If you’re walking down Egipura Main Road, you’ll find us at Mragnel Royan, number 309. We’re right on 20th D Cross, which is a pretty active spot in this part of Bangalore. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, spare parts, and whatever Hewlett Packard machines people have brought in that week. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work and making sure things get done right. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain off the electronics. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about why their laptops are running slow or helping them pick out a new printer for their home office. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be doing a lot of installs, and the next we’re just organizing the inventory. We’ve got a good rhythm going now. It’s a local operation, and we treat it that way. No scripts, no corporate talk, just regular people trying to be helpful. Sometimes we take a break and grab some food from the vendors nearby. That’s the best part of being in Egipura. We’re just happy to be here and doing what we know how to do. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we're still here.
