Hewlett Packard Global Business Services is located at Copper Cottages. You can find us right behind Shalini School in Lingarajapuram. Being behind a school means we often hear the kids playing or the bell ringing, which keeps the atmosphere from feeling too corporate or stiff. Lingarajapuram is a busy neighborhood with a lot of character. We like being tucked away at Copper Cottages instead of being in some huge tower downtown. It feels more grounded. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers and our desks, and that’s really all we need to get the job done. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a guard in a suit. It’s more laid back than that. Most of us have been working here at the St Thomas Town P O area for a while, so we know the local tea stalls and the best places to grab a quick lunch. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work for Global Business Services gets finished. It’s a practical, local way of doing things in a busy part of Bangalore and we are happy here.
