Sree Maheswara Developers

We are located at No 154 in the BenSathya Enclave, which is part of the Hennur Bande Extension near the Kalyan Nagar Post. It is a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Sree Maheswara Developers is run out of a small office that used to be a regular room. We have filled it with drafting tables and a few filing cabinets. You can usually find a couple of us there pouring over site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. The neighborhood around Hennur Bande has been growing a lot lately, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We have a small garden area out front where we sometimes sit to have a break. It is nothing fancy, just some potted plants and a bench that needs a bit of paint. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or glossy brochures. Most of our clients are people from the local area who heard about us through word of mouth. We try to keep things simple and avoid any complicated jargon when we talk to people. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we don't mind too much. It’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We show up every morning, do the work that’s lined up, and head home once the sun goes down. It is a steady way of doing things that works for us.
