Hande Associates

Hande Associates is based out of Malleshwaram, specifically in the Midc 43 1 area. This part of town is pretty industrial, so there are always trucks moving around and people heading to different workshops. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the administrative and consultancy work that comes our way. It’s not a place with plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of ledgers and a few sturdy desks that have been with us since we started. Malleshwaram has a certain rhythm to it, and we’ve become a small part of that daily beat. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve meetings or more paperwork. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it’s the work we know how to do well. We don't use any complicated business speak when we talk to the people who come in. We just explain things in plain English and try to help them out as best as we can. The noise from the nearby units can be a bit loud during the middle of the day, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We are a small team, and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. Everybody chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or making a round of tea. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here at number 43 1.
