Our office is in the DRC Building, specifically at number 15 in Yarandahalli. It’s down in the Nannagara Post area, which falls under Yanekhal Taluk here in Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive from the city center, but it is quieter out this way which helps with getting work done. We have been here for a bit now, and the building is quite sturdy even if it looks a bit plain from the outside. There are a few of us who handle the international side of things, though most of our daily routine is just emails and paperwork. The area around Yarandahalli has been developing a lot recently. There are more trucks and workers around than there used to be a couple of years ago. We usually just bring our own lunch or go to one of the small shops nearby for a quick bite. It is not a very formal environment here. Most days we are just in shirts and trousers, trying to stay cool when the Bangalore sun gets a bit much. We deal with various things under the group name, mostly just managing different parts of the business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things arrive where they are supposed to. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you, we just open the door if someone knocks. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
