We’re located in Frazer Town at number 8. H S S B I M Solutions Pvt Ltd is based in a part of Bangalore that has a lot of old charm mixed with new shops. Our office is on a street that gets quite busy during lunch hours because of all the food spots nearby. Inside, it’s mostly computers and large monitors because of the BIM work we do. It’s a quiet environment because everyone is usually focused on their screens. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. The walls are mostly bare, maybe a few calendars or project timelines here and there. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and we're all right there working. Frazer Town is a great place to be because of the atmosphere. We often take short walks down the street when we need a break from the digital models. The building at number 8 is easy to spot once you're on the right lane. We handle a lot of technical drawings and 3D data for buildings. It’s precise work that takes a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s just a group of people who are good at what they do, sitting in an office in a nice part of town. No fluff, just technical work and a lot of screen time.
