H R Katti Associates is situated at number 101 in Konena Agrahara. It’s a pretty simple office in a part of town that’s seen a lot of growth lately. We’ve been here long enough to remember when there were fewer buildings around. Our space is quite small, just enough for a few desks and some shelves full of files and books. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been working together for a long time. The work we do is mostly about details and making sure everything is correct on paper. It’s not flashy or exciting to most people, but it keeps us focused. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see people passing by all day. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car horn outside. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the wall. We just believe in showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. We often go to the same little tea stall around the corner during our afternoon break. It’s a routine that works for us and has for years. We aren't looking to change much. We like our little spot here and the way we do things.
