H R Alva Associates

You can find us over at Maruthi Nagar, right on the second floor of the building at number 59. This is on the 4th Cross, 1st Main, just off the CMH Road in the Indira Nagar area. It is a very busy part of the city with lots of traffic and people always rushing around to the shops and cafes. We have been operating H R Alva Associates from this spot for a while now. The office is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the stairs to get up to the second floor. Hosur Road isn't too far off either, so getting here is usually okay depending on the time of day and the traffic. We spend our hours dealing with paperwork and talking to people who come through the door. It is not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. The fans are usually humming all day to keep the place cool during the summer. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just some chairs for people to wait. Indira Nagar has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but we have stayed right here. It is a practical office for the kind of work we do. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of things that need finishing. It is honest work and we like being in this neighborhood. Most of the local shopkeepers know us.
