GV INFRA AND HOUSING LLP. We are over here at No 20, BB Road in Ward 4. It's a busy enough spot and we have been working out of this office for a while now. Most days you will find us dealing with different housing projects or looking over building plans. We don't really do the big fancy office thing with glass walls. It's mostly just us at our desks trying to get the paperwork sorted and making sure the construction guys know what's happening next. Dealing with houses and land is a lot of back and forth, honestly. People come in to ask about plots or how a building is coming along. Sometimes the coffee machine works and sometimes it doesn't, that's just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors. It gets loud and a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around everywhere. We have a small team here. We grew up around these parts so we know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. It’s not a complicated setup we have going. We just show up every morning and try to get things done without too much fuss. If you walk past BB Road you might see us. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at. We keep busy with the everyday stuff that comes with infra work. There's always something to fix or a new permit to file at the office. We like the work.
