GURU PUNVAANII INFRA LLP is located in Sheshadripuram. You can find us at number 14 on 3rd Cross, which is on N S Iyengar Road in Bangalore North. It is a pretty old part of town with a lot of history. We work on infrastructure things around this area and other parts of the city. Being in a place like Bangalore, there is always some kind of building or road work happening somewhere nearby. We are just one of the groups helping out with that. Our office is a plain place where we drink a lot of tea and look at plans. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building on a regular street. The traffic on N S Iyengar Road can be a bit much in the mornings, but we manage to get in on time. We have a few people on the team who have been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle the local rules and the way things get built here. We don't really go for those fancy marketing brochures or glossy photos. We think the work speaks for itself when people see it finished. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of coordination with different departments and workers. It is messy work sometimes, but it is honest. We stay busy with the 560020 area mostly. It is good to be part of the local community here in Bangalore North. We just take things one day at a time and do our best for the neighborhood.
