Gupta Sons Interiors

We run Gupta Sons Interiors out of our place at 219 Koramangala, right by Kalewadi Chowk. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with fabric swatches, wood samples, and catalogs scattered all over the tables. We spend our time figuring out how to make indoor spaces look decent. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been at this location for quite a while. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or visiting people's houses to measure walls and windows. We don't have a fancy showroom with perfect lighting; we just show people the materials we have and talk through what might work. Sometimes we’re arguing about which paint color is better or waiting for a shipment of tiles that got delayed in traffic. The area around Kalewadi Chowk is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside our door. We aren't trying to be some big high-end design firm. We just help folks pick out things that fit their homes and their budgets. It’s practical work. We use a lot of pencils and tape measures. When we finish a job, we just move on to the next one. It’s just us here, making sure the curtains hang straight and the cupboards fit the corners. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by.
