If you look for us on Brigade Road, you’ll find our office at number 60, right near Bombay Market. Being in a mining business means there is always a lot of logistics to sort out. We aren't out at the actual sites every day; this is where the planning and the phone calls happen. The room is usually filled with maps, clipboards, and files about different materials and transport schedules. It’s not a very quiet office because there is always someone talking to a driver or checking on a shipment. We deal with various minerals and the heavy machinery required to move them. It can be a messy business, but we try to keep the administrative side of things as clean as we can. We've been operating out of this location for quite some time now. People in the market know us as the ones who are always on the phone. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. There are just some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the practical side of getting rocks and materials from one place to another without too many delays. Sometimes the weather messes up the schedules, which means a lot of overtime. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It is a lot of back and forth with the transport guys.
