Our office is over in HSR Layout, 2nd Sector. The address is No 3013/800, which is a bit of a mouthful, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to find. Greennesto Builders and Developers has been set up here for a while. HSR is a newer part of town compared to some others, and there’s always construction happening nearby. We fit right in because that’s what we do. We spend our time developing small plots or working on residential buildings. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers and a lot of folders. Usually, there’s a pot of coffee going and someone is looking at a site plan. We don't have a marketing department or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day operations. We talk to the laborers, deal with the city permits, and try to keep things moving. It can be stressful when the weather doesn't cooperate or when materials are late, but we've learned to deal with it over the years. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like it’s growing. We are just a local bunch of builders trying to make a living and build houses that people can actually live in. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just do the work and move on to the next one.
