We are located at No. 307 on the ground floor over here in Malleswaram. It is on 18th Cross, just off 6th Mainmalleswaram. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it gets quite busy with people and traffic most days. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the design and build work for Greenleaf Design Build Llp. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about their projects. Being on the ground floor helps because we are constantly moving in and out with samples and blueprints. The trees on 18th Cross give some shade, which is nice when the sun is really beating down in the afternoons. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, but that is just how Malleswaram is. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and most people around here know where we are. We try to keep things organized but construction work is usually a bit messy by nature. There is always some dust or a pile of papers somewhere. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a good spot for us because it is central and easy for our crew to get to from different parts of the city. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we can sit down and look at drawings together.
