You can find Green Field Promoters & Developers Llp at No 137, Albert Street, on the 3rd floor, Office No.2 in the Business Point building. It’s a central spot and we’ve been here for a bit now. We spend most of our time looking at land and figuring out how to develop it into something useful. The office is a bit small but it fits us just fine. There’s always a lot of paper moving around—contracts, maps, and drawings. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which is probably a good thing. We aren't the kind of people who like to sit still for too long. We’re often out meeting with folks or looking at potential sites. Promoting and developing land is a slow process sometimes, involving a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to various people. We don't try to sugarcoat things; if a project is stuck, it’s stuck. We just work through the problems as they come up. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve done before. It’s a decent way to run a business. We like Albert Street because it’s close to everything we need. It's just a normal office run by people who know their way around the local real estate scene without all the extra fuss.
