Being in an apartment complex for business might seem a bit different to some, but it works for us at Goldman Sachs India Pvt Ltd. It’s tucked away in the 560010 zip code area. Karnataka has plenty of these kinds of mixed-use spaces, and we’ve found it to be a practical way to have a base in the city. The space is functional. We have our desks and our equipment, and that’s really all we need to get through the day's tasks. It’s not a place with a huge sign or a lot of flash. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We just want to do our jobs and stay out of the way.
