Gokul Design Consultation

Our design shop is located at Indira Nagar 100 B. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though it gets a bit crowded on the weekends. Inside, we have a few large tables where we spread out our drawings and plans. There are always bits of paper and color samples lying around. We spend our days talking to people about what they want to change in their homes or offices. It’s a lot of listening and then trying to sketch something that fits. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, working on one project at a time. The office has big windows which is good for seeing the true colors of things, but it also means it gets hot when the sun is out. We have an old coffee machine that makes a lot of noise but the coffee is okay. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We like being in Indira Nagar because there are good places to eat nearby when we need a break. We’ve been here for a while and most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a relaxed place but we stay busy. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pencil and a ruler are still the best way to figure things out.
