Global Talent Metrics

At Global Talent Metrics, we keep things pretty low-key. Our office is at number 35 in Kumarswamy Layout. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of students and families, so there is always some kind of energy on the streets. We are on one of the smaller roads, which means it’s a bit quieter than the main bus routes. The office itself is just a regular building that we’ve converted for our needs. We don't have a big sign outside, so you really have to look for the number 35 on the gate. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our laptops. We have a small balcony where we go to stretch our legs, though it mostly overlooks the neighbor’s laundry. The Bangalore weather is usually on our side, so we leave the windows open most of the year. Sometimes the street dogs get a bit loud in the afternoon, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. We aren't trying to be the next big thing in a skyscraper; we just like having a local base where we can walk to the bakery for a snack. It’s a simple life here. We handle our tasks, answer our emails, and try to keep the place somewhat tidy. There’s a certain comfort in working out of a neighborhood like Kumarswamy Layout rather than a cold office park. It feels real and grounded, which is how we like to keep things.
