Global Educational Trust

Our place is located in RMV Extension, right there on 8th Cross Street. We’re at 1A on 7th Main Road. It’s a decent area, fairly quiet compared to the main roads around here. This trust has been operating out of this spot, and it’s become a bit like a second home to those of us who work here every day. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits walking around. It’s mostly just us in regular clothes, sitting around a big table or at our own small desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing letters. There are piles of books and documents everywhere because that’s just the nature of what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to talk or grab a drink. We aren't some massive organization with a huge budget. We just do what we can with what we have. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about schools. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We aren't in a rush to grow into some giant entity; we like the way things are right now. It feels more personal when you know every person who walks through the door by name.
