Giri Textiles Private Limited is located at E2 401 White House in Rt Nagar, Bangalore. It’s an apartment-style office, so it doesn't look like a typical shop. We have stacks of fabric samples all over the place. Sometimes you can't even see the top of the table. We’ve been in Bangalore for a good while, and Rt Nagar is a decent place to be based. The 560032 area is always busy, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a pain with the traffic. We deal with a lot of different cloths and threads. It’s mostly just us looking at colors and checking the quality of what comes in. We don't have a giant warehouse here, just this space in the White House building. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We try to keep it organized, but honestly, there’s always a stray roll of fabric somewhere it shouldn't be. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us doing the day-to-day stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down orders. It’s honest work. Sometimes the elevator in the building breaks and we have to carry everything up. That's just part of being here. We don't mind it too much. It’s just how we run the textile business from this corner of India. It keeps us busy all through the week.
