Giant Leap Careers

Bannerghatta Road is famous for its traffic, and our office at Gokula, number 61 on the 10th cross, is right in the thick of it. Giant Leap Careers is where we spend our long days. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of phones ringing or people chatting about their career goals. It’s a simple setup. We have a few cabins and a waiting area that’s usually occupied by someone looking for advice. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular commercial structure among many others on this long road. We’ve been here long enough to know exactly when to leave to avoid the worst of the evening rush. There’s a small bakery downstairs that makes good puffs, and that’s where we usually get our snacks. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered with files and resumes. We aren't the type of place that cares about matching furniture or expensive carpets. We’re more interested in getting the work done and helping the people who walk through our door. The 10th cross can be hard to find if you aren't looking closely, but once you’re here, it’s a straightforward place. We work hard, we drink a lot of coffee, and we try to keep things moving. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do every day. We usually keep the door propped open to let some air in when the weather is nice.
