Genpact

Our spot is located at H No 36 on Rama Temple Street in Bangalore. This area, with the 560008 pin code, has a lot of character. You can hear the temple bells in the morning, which is a nice way to start the workday. House number 36 is a sturdy old building that has seen plenty of years. We’ve set up our equipment in the main rooms, and while it gets a bit crowded with all the cables and monitors, it feels like a solid place to work. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so most of us are pretty relieved once we finally step inside and get the fans going. The office is pretty basic. We have some mismatched chairs and a few cupboards where we keep all the physical paperwork that still seems to pile up despite everything being digital now. We don’t go in for anything flashy. There are no lounge areas or high-tech vending machines. We just have a fridge for our tiffins and a water cooler in the corner. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the work itself rather than the surroundings. We know the neighbors, and they know us as the Genpact crew at number 36. It’s a quiet, honest way to run a business. We come in, we do the work, and we navigate the Karnataka streets back home at the end of the day.
