You can find Genpact India Pvt Ltd over in BTM 2nd Stage. Our address is 57 32 13th A Main, right near 21st Cross. BTM is always buzzing with students and young people, so there is a lot of energy around here. It also means the traffic is almost always at a standstill on the main roads. Our office is a bit more tucked away from the heaviest noise. We have a regular building that isn't very large. Inside, it’s mostly desks and some filing cabinets. We do a lot of the back-end work that people don’t usually see. It’s not very exciting, but it’s what we do. We usually have lunch at the small darshinis nearby because the food is quick and cheap. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We don't have a big corporate culture with meetings for every little thing. We just talk across our desks when we need to figure something out. It's a bit of an older setup, and sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We are just a local team doing our part of the work for the company. We don’t promise anything spectacular, just that we’ll be here at our desks every morning getting through the lists.
