Genpact India Bangalore

If you know Cambridge Layout in Ulsoor, you know it’s a bit of an older part of Bangalore. We are over here at 41 1St A Main Cross. It’s a busy area, especially with all the cars trying to find shortcuts through the lanes. Genpact India Bangalore has this spot tucked away, and it works for us. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much. Most of the staff here take the bus or ride their bikes, though finding parking is always a headache around Ulsoor. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and handling the paperwork that comes through. Sometimes we go out to the small tea stalls nearby for a break. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we don’t mind the walk. It gets a bit noisy with the construction happening nearby, but that’s just how the city is now. We’ve been at this address for some time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or flashiest office in the city. We just have our desks and our computers and we get the job done. It’s a simple setup. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s easy to miss the turn into the cross, but once you find it, we are right there. Just a bunch of us working through the daily list of things to do. We don't need fancy things.
