Friends Sales Corporation (Taiba)

Friends Sales Corporation, or Taiba as many people call us, is tucked away in the middle of the chaos at Bara Bazar in Kashmere Gate. Our address is 1288A/1, but finding any specific number in this market can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow lanes. It’s incredibly crowded every single day, with rickshaws, porters, and customers all trying to squeeze through the same small spaces. Our shop is packed tight with boxes and parts from the floor to the ceiling. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know our inventory by heart, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in for the first time. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows. It’s more of a traditional counter setup where you tell us what you need and we go find it in the back or up on a high shelf. There’s no air conditioning, just a couple of old ceiling fans that do their best against the Delhi heat. We spend our days drinking tea, talking to our neighbors, and helping people find exactly the right part for their machines. We don't use fancy sales tactics or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We’re just a local shop in a very old market, doing what we’ve always done. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, and it’s home for us. We wouldn't really know how to work anywhere else.
