Fractl Technologies Llp is located in Flat No. A 404 Century CentralK K Cross Kanakapura Main Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know that part of the city. Working out of an apartment-style space makes the whole thing feel a lot less like a stiff office and more like a regular workspace. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that works for us. Kanakapura Road is always busy, but once you’re inside the Century Central complex, it gets much quieter. We spend our days working on different tech projects. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of fancy titles. We just know what needs to be done and we try to do it. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony to get some air when the work gets a bit intense. There’s a lot of tech talk around the office, mostly about things we are trying to fix or build. We don't really go for the polished, corporate look. It’s more about being comfortable and getting the job finished. Most days are pretty routine, with a lot of coffee and quiet hours spent in front of the monitors. We’ve been at this location for a while and it suits our way of working just fine.
