If you ever find yourself in Basaveshwarnagar, you might pass by our office at 150 8th Cross in the KHB Colony. That is where we run Foxjobs. It’s a pretty quiet residential area, which we like because it makes for a calm working environment most of the time. We have a small team here, and we spend our days dealing with recruitment and job placements. It’s mostly a lot of phone calls and emails. Our office is quite basic, with just enough room for our desks and a small area for files. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right in. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good while, so we know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It’s a nice change from the really crowded parts of the city. We don't use any complicated software or fancy gadgets. Just the usual computers and a lot of persistence. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to take a break and wait for it to come back. We usually spend that time having some tea from the shop at the corner. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business trying to help people find work. We keep things simple and honest. There’s no pressure to act a certain way, we just work hard and try to get things sorted out for everyone.
