Down in Bapuji Nagar, right at 45 2 on the 1st Cross, is where we set up. The building is called Shivshakti Nilaya and it is right opposite the railway gate. If you have ever been to Bangalore, you know how those railway gates can be. You end up sitting there waiting for the trains to pass and it gives you plenty of time to look around at the local shops. That is exactly where we are. It is a busy little corner of the city. We deal with jobs and stuff, helping people when they are looking for work. The office is inside the house structure, so it feels more like a home than a cold business center. We have some chairs and computers and a lot of paperwork usually piled up on the desks. Bangalore is always moving fast but Bapuji Nagar has its own old-school vibe that we kind of like. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to seeing people coming in and out of our door. It is not a shiny glass building with an elevator. You just walk up and we are there. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. It is just a few of us trying to make a living and helping others do the same.
